(a Limited Liability Company) with registered seat in Poznań (Poland) 61-714 Poznań, Aleja Niepodległości 36, entered into the National Business Registry of the held by the District Court for Poznań – Nowe Miasto and Wilda in Poznań, VIII Economic Division of the National Court Register under number: 0000601647, VAT-ID: PL7792439412, D-U-N-S® No: 437087384, hereafter the “Administrator”.
  2. Personal data is processed in compliance with the provisions of the law, including the Regulation of the European Parliament and the EU Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as well as the repeal of Directive 95/46/EC {hereafter GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)}.

  4. To protect your personal data, we have introduced certain technology and operational safety standards, and we guarantee consistency of all the rules and procedures with the best practices. We do our utmost best to protect the interests of the data subjects and, in particular, we ensure that the collected data is:

OBJECTIVE, SCOPE AND LEGAL BASIS FOR COLLECTING DATA

  1. The administrator uses IP addresses collected during Internet connections for technical purposes related to the administration of the servers. Also, IP addresses are used to collect general, statistical demographic information (e.g. about the region from which the connection is initiated)
  2. The website is not used to obtain and process particular categories of personal data (so-called sensitive data).
  3. You are not subject to profiling, i.e. personal data will not be processed automatically by the Administrator. We do not collect your data from others sources.
  4. Your data may be transferred to external entities if it is necessary to handle a query or process an order (e.g. courier, hosting provider) or to perform mailing services, if you expressed consent to its receipt.

Your personal data may be transferred to a third country subject to the conclusion and performance of an agreement with you or to present you with an offer – pursuant to Article 6 sec. 1(b) of the GDPR. RIGHTS OF CUSTOMERS AND USERS

Any individual whose personal data is processed by the Administrator is entitled to access the content of their data, and also has the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, transfer data, object to data processing based on a justified interest of the Administrator. The data subject has the right to withdraw consent at any moment without affecting the legitimacy of processing (if processing takes place by consent), which was given before its withdrawal.

Any individual who does not consent to the processing or use of their personal data by the Administrator in compliance with the provisions of the Privacy Policy may lodge their objection via e-mail or traditional post using the contact data indicated above.

OBLIGATIONS OF THE DATA ADMINISTRATOR

  1. Your personal data will be stored only for the period necessary to accomplish the specific objective for which it was collected or for the period required to fulfill the obligations imposed by the relevant provisions of law.
  2. We strive to limit the storage period of personal data that is no longer used.
  3. Your personal data, processed for the purpose of handling offer queries performance and conclusion of an agreement shall be processed for the duration of correspondence, and then, depending on its outcome, further processed to perform the agreement concluded with you or shall be deleted within 6 months from the date of your last message.
  4. Data processed subject to a consent, i.e. data used to send marketing information shall be processed until such consent is withdrawn. Please be informed that the withdrawal of consent does not affect the legitimacy of data processed before the withdrawal.
  5. Please be informed that you are entitled to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority should you establish that the processing of personal data is in breach of the GDPR.
