Social Media & Content Manager

We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who will join our team and help us reach our target customers.

You will be working with our US-based clients most of the time. We work in the GMT+2 time zone, with occasional exceptions in the form of client meetings.

What do we ask for?

  • You’re a fluent C1-level English speaker who has a strong grasp on grammar and vocabulary, as well as a great sense of cultural nuance.
  • You're passionate about social media, online communication, and knowledge sharing.
  • You have a solid understanding of different copywriting techniques.
  • You've got at least 2 years of experience when it comes to content creation, content editing, and social media communication management in the IT industry.
  • Your copy is sharp and clear. Simply put, you don't beat around the bush.
  • You’re sharp. You think on your feet and look for solutions intuitively.
  • You're organized. You can plan things out and think ahead.

In other words, you are a creative social media and content specialist.

What are your responsibilities going to be?

  • Building our employer branding and marketing strategy.
  • Taking care of our daily social media communication.
  • Writing different kinds of content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media posts.
  • Managing our publishing calendar.
  • Writing top-notch recruitment copy for job offers.
  • Making sure that the content we post is not only high-quality, but also attractive and engaging.
  • Cooperating with different teams, including Design, HR, and Sales.
