Social Media & Content Manager
We're looking for a Social Media & Content Manager who will join our team and help us reach our target customers.
You will be working with our US-based clients most of the time. We work in the GMT+2 time zone, with occasional exceptions in the form of client meetings.

Who are we?

What do we ask for?
- You’re a fluent C1-level English speaker who has a strong grasp on grammar and vocabulary, as well as a great sense of cultural nuance.
- You're passionate about social media, online communication, and knowledge sharing.
- You have a solid understanding of different copywriting techniques.
- You've got at least 2 years of experience when it comes to content creation, content editing, and social media communication management in the IT industry.
- Your copy is sharp and clear. Simply put, you don't beat around the bush.
- You’re sharp. You think on your feet and look for solutions intuitively.
- You're organized. You can plan things out and think ahead.
In other words, you are a creative social media and content specialist.
What are your responsibilities going to be?
- Building our employer branding and marketing strategy.
- Taking care of our daily social media communication.
- Writing different kinds of content, including blog posts, case studies, and social media posts.
- Managing our publishing calendar.
- Writing top-notch recruitment copy for job offers.
- Making sure that the content we post is not only high-quality, but also attractive and engaging.
- Cooperating with different teams, including Design, HR, and Sales.
