SEO Specialist
We're looking for an SEO Specialist who will join our team and help us deliver international web projects.
You will be working with our US-based clients most of the time. We work in the GMT+2 time zone, with occasional exceptions in the form of client meetings.

What do we ask for?

- You're an experienced SEO specialist. (You've worked in-house or in an agency for at least 2 years.)
- You’re straightforward. You don’t beat around the bush.

- You're organized. You can plan things out, think ahead, and are ready to be surprised.
- You have experience with data and traffic analysis. (Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
- You have a strong sense of business value.
- You're able to come up with long-term search engine optimization strategies.
- You can take advantage of low-hanging fruits.
- You're familiar with the most common SEO tools. (Ahrefs, MOZ, Surfer, Semrush, Screaming Frog)
To put it simply, you are a solution-oriented SEO specialist.
What are your responsibilities going to be?
- Performing keyword research based on purchase intent, search volume, and keyword difficulty.
- Creating SEO strategies for in-house projects and clients alike.
- Prioritizing, planning, scheduling, and monitoring project budgets and progress.
- Creating guidelines and helping the team come up with SEO-friendly titles and meta descriptions.
- Improving and optimizing on-site content.
- Taking care of the link building process.
- Monitoring organic traffic and average positions of different keywords.
- Staying in touch with our clients and updating them on project progress.
- Managing technical on-site optimization on your own or with the support of software developers.
- Coming up with white hat experiments that could help us attract more organic traffic.
- Benchmarking and keeping track of the latest SEO trends and Google algorithm updates.
