IT Project Manager (Web & Mobile Apps)
We're looking for an IT Project Manager who will join our team and help us deliver international web projects.
You’ll work closely with our US-based clients, managing web projects end-to-end. We operate in the GMT+2 time zone, with occasional client meetings outside these hours.

What are your responsibilities going to be?
- Client Onboarding & Tool Walkthrough: Guide clients through the onboarding process and ensure they understand the tools used throughout the project.
- Scheduling & Updates: Coordinate meetings, schedule calls, and provide regular project updates to clients and internal teams.
- Workshop Participation: Actively engage in workshops with clients to gather insights and refine project requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee web projects using ClickUp, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Resource Management: Use Float to allocate resources, track workloads, and manage project timelines effectively.
- Documentation & Tracking: Maintain and update project documentation using Google Tools, ensuring that all project details are recorded accurately.
- Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and the internal team using Slack and Google Meet for clear, transparent communication.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple clients, ensuring satisfaction and effective collaboration.
- Decision-Making: Make informed project decisions considering technical constraints, project progress, budget, timeline, and client feedback.
- Expectation Management: Set clear expectations with both clients and team members, proactively managing scope and potential issues.
- Problem Solving & Crisis Management: Quickly resolve issues and mitigate risks to keep the project on track.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and clarify project requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of deliverables and goals.
- Scope Control: Maintain control over the scope of work (SOW), making adjustments when necessary and ensuring all parties are aligned.
- CMS Navigation: Familiarize yourself with CMS systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot) to support both the client and team in technical aspects.
- Technical & Design Involvement: Deepen your understanding of the project's technical, UX, and UI aspects to be a trusted partner for both the client and internal teams.
- Team Leadership: Guide a team of 6 or more members, ensuring successful project completion while fostering collaboration and a positive team environment.
- Project Flow Optimization: Continuously identify opportunities to streamline project workflows, improving efficiency.
- Work Estimation: Estimate the work required based on project progress, deliverables, and task dependencies, using relative estimation techniques to assess effort and complexity in relation to other tasks within the project.
- Resource Allocation: Assign appropriate team members to projects and update Float accordingly.
- Forecasting: Prepare project forecasts for leadership, providing visibility on progress, risks, and resource requirements.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Share knowledge about resource availability with the Sales Team to ensure realistic project commitments.
