PROBLEM
Tech to the Rescue’s brand was holding back their growth — it no longer represented their business value, and it was failing to connect with their key audience segments. Their website was costing them credibility and conversions.
SOLUTION
The new brand identity is built to scale. Modular design means that it's easy for any team member to make updates. Dedicated user journeys speak directly to NGOs, donors, and tech companies using clear points of entry and intuitive UX/UI paths.
VALUE DELIVERED
Since the redesign, Tech to the Rescue has welcomed 500 new tech companies to the platform.

One brand, multiple audiences
Tech to the Rescue needed a brand that spoke to donors, NGOs, and tech companies. By combining optimism and professionalism, the new design defined clear entry points for all three audience segments. Each segment follows a dedicated path with tailored messaging and actions, eliminating confusion and reducing drop-offs.

Modular design for easy updates
TTTR’s brand identity is future-proofed with reusable components that scale with the business and let non-designers make changes across platforms without compromising brand consistency.

Inclusion across devices
TTTR’s new brand meets WCAG 2 criteria, which is the leading international accessibility standard. Proper contrast, readable typography, and clear structure keep the UX/UI intuitive for all users.

Seamless Design Handoff
This project was done in collaboration with TTTR’s development team. We delivered detailed documentation of the designs and decision making, allowing for smooth collaboration with an external development team and reduced implementation risks. The vision stayed intact and ready to scale.

Mission-Aligned Collaboration
The project was executed as a pro bono partnership with focus on efficiency and outcomes. Every decision balanced user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver measurable value.
