PROBLEM
The client set out to launch the first on-site business event in Lebanon. There was no existing benchmark for this type of event in the country. The target audience was only preliminary defined, the brand did not exist, and the concept evolved during the first weeks of the project. From a technical perspective, a ticketing and event platform capable of operating in Lebanon also had to be selected.
SOLUTION
We approached the project as a flexible, evolving collaboration. Alongside building the website, we supported the client in shaping the brand, defining event structure, and selecting the right technological partners. The platform was designed to adapt to frequent updates related to partnerships, venue layout, agenda structure, and exhibitor packages. We implemented a scalable ticketing and agenda system and continuously adjusted the site as the event concept matured.
VALUE DELIVERED
The result is a complete digital foundation for the first business forum of its kind in Lebanon. The client gained a scalable platform for ticket sales, agenda management, and long-term brand growth. The project established a strong base for a recurring event with real impact on the regional business ecosystem.
A flexible identity for an evolving event

A complete visual environment for the event
We developed a flexible visual identity system that could be applied across all event-related materials. The focus was on defining clear rules for typography, color, and visual language, enabling the client and partners to consistently extend the brand across multiple channels as the event evolved.

The central hub for event communication
The homepage structured key information about the forum, its purpose, and its value. The layout was regularly updated as the agenda, speakers, and partnerships expanded.

Structured content and event application
The agenda was built as a data-driven hub. Sessions were connected to speakers, categories, and tags, enabling filtering by topic and future editions. Each session could be added directly to personal calendars, increasing usability for attendees.

Ticketing and event operations
We integrated a ticketing platform with grouped pricing, event mapping, and agenda access. A white-label event application was configured to match the forum’s branding and support attendees throughout the event.
