PROBLEM

ApprovalMax, a leading financial workflow automation platform, needed a new website to reflect their business growth and evolving brand. The main challenge was market perception. Potential clients often mistook it for a simple approval tool, while in reality it was a robust financial control solution. Their existing HubSpot site lacked scalability and flexibility, limiting the marketing team’s ability to publish campaigns and new content independently.

SOLUTION

We first worked with ApprovalMax on a branding project, creating a new logo and strategic visual direction. Building on that trust, we were invited to redesign their website. This project was a close collaboration with ApprovalMax’s internal Product Designers and Developers. Together, we conducted discovery workshops and a site audit, then established a new information architecture. Our team designed and developed a custom modular HubSpot theme with over a dozen reusable components. This allowed ApprovalMax to create and launch new pages quickly, without coding, while keeping a consistent look and ensuring ADA Level A accessibility.
