The Opportunity

Adchitects is a 35-person Full-Cycle Digital Product Agency. We are currently expanding our direct presence in the US market, shifting our focus towards long-term strategic partnerships. We are looking for a skilled Sales Hunter to help us build direct relationships with ambitious US and Canadian-based companies looking for premium digital products.

We operate on a results-driven model. We offer the flexibility to manage your own schedule and workflow, focusing on achieving targets rather than micromanagement.

Your Responsibilities

  • Strategic Outreach: You will identify and approach key decision-makers (CEOs, Founders, CMOs) to build a pipeline of direct clients in the US and Canada.
  • Full Cycle Sales: From initial cold contact, through discovery and presentation, to negotiating and closing the deal.
  • Target: US and Canadian companies that value high-end, custom web design as a business advantage.
  • Autonomy: You have full freedom to choose your tools and outreach strategy. You bring the know-how; we provide the portfolio and delivery.

Requirements

  • Excellent Command of English (C1/C2): You must be able to navigate US business culture, nuances, and negotiations effortlessly. Your communication should be natural and professional.
  • Language: Flawless English is a must (Polish is NOT required)
  • Outbound Experience: Proven track record of acquiring B2B clients via cold outreach.
  • Business Maturity: You understand how to sell value and partnership, not just "hours" or "code."
  • Self-Managed: You are organized, independent, and capable of managing your own pipeline without constant supervision.

The Deal (High Upside Model)

  • Base Retainer: Fixed ~10,000 PLN (3000 USD) net (B2B)
  • Commission: We set a floor hourly rate. You keep the surplus of whatever rate you negotiate above that floor.
  • No Ceiling: There is no limit to how much you can earn.
  • Engagement: Flexible (Part-time, B2B Contract)
